ZOETROPE

A zoetrope is a device that allows us a to see a motion of something through a reel of film/scripted pictures. It creates the illusion of motion through its rapid succession of pictures. The Zoetrope is restrictive because you can only see a small amount and does not last very long. Because of this, it then gets very repetitive, which viewers can loose interest in as it is rather short too. The viewing of this device if limited due to the only way of seeing its visuals is from the side.
However, it is an easy way to project a motion and very effortless in it's way that anyone can do or use it. It has an essential circular narrative and not a linear narrative as it rotates in a circle in form of pictures.
